HUBUNGAN ANTARA INTERAKSI SOSIAL DENGAN IDENTITAS DIRI PADA REMAJA KELAS X DI SMKN 11 MALANG
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Adolescence is a period of identity search. Self-identity is ability to consider themselves different from others. Parents, environmental, cultural and social interaction affect the process of identity formation. Adolescents with positive self-identity that is able to look at yourself differently than anyone else. To the effect this research is to know relationship social interaction with self identity in adolescents Class X Department of Computer Engineering and Networks at SMKN 11 Malang. This obsevasional method as observasional as quantitative non experimental with correlative’s descriptive design. Its population is students SMKN 11 Malang Class X Department of Computer Engineering and Networks. Sampling tech utilize tech “Nonprobability Sampling”. Examination observationaling to utilize Chi Square statistic quiz. Statistical test results mostly adolescents have social interactions that are as much as 38 adolescents (62.30%), and most have a positive self-identity that is as much as 53 adolescents (86.89%). The results of the analysis obtained Chi Square test p value of 0.017 <0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between social interaction with self identity in adolescents Class X Department of Computer Engineering and Networks at SMKN 11 Malang. It is advisable to adolescents to be able to improve their social interaction ability that is by always keeping good social contact and communication with social environment so that the identity of self is formed in a positive direction.
