HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI PASIEN DENGAN KEPUASAN PELAYANAN TERAPI HERBAL AKUPUNTUR DI CELIA HOUSE OF BEAUTY JALAN BENDUNGAN SIGURA-GURA KAVLING 4 MALANG
Abstract
ABSTRACT
How to choose a health service, a person tends to get self-motivation and self-motivation. Motivation is a driving factor and encouragement that can trigger the emergence of a sense of satisfaction towards a lived and also able to change the behavior of humans or individuals to the better things for himself. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motivation of patients with acupuncture herbal therapy service satisfaction in celia house of beauty Malang. This research method is a quantitative research with descriptive correlative design. The population of 98 people and the sample of 30 respondents. The sampling technique uses the technique of "Accidental Sampling". Testing the research using Spearman Rank statistical test. The result of the statistical test of the research shows that most respondents who have done acupuncture therapy have strong motivation as much as 27 respondents (90%), and more than half are satisfied that is 22 respondents (73.3%). The result of Spearman Rank test is got value p value = 0.002 <α = 0.050, meaning that there is significant correlation between motivation of patient with acupuncture herbal therapy service in Celia House Of Beauty Malang. It is recommended to the therapy house to always maintain and improve the service system that has been arranged well, considering the results obtained as much as 10% of respondents who have moderate motivation and as much as 6.7% of respondents feel quite satisfied with the services obtained. It is also suggested to the next researcher to increase the number of research samples and using random sampling technique and can examine the factors that affect satisfaction such as: Product quality, Service quality, and Price.
