HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN TENTANG NUTRISI IBU HAMIL DENGAN PERILAKU PEMENUHAN KEBUTUHAN NUTRISI IBU HAMIL DI PUSKESMAS DINOYO MALANG
Abstract
ABSTRACT
A healthy pregnancy indicates that the fetus will be born in a healthy condition, because whatever the condition of the mother will affect the condition of the fetus it contains. Therefore, to get a child with a brilliant brain, to get a positive development for the intelligence of the child from the womb, the factors related to the biological (physical) needs of nutrition for pregnant women are truly fulfilled. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge about nutrition of pregnant women with the behavior of meeting the nutritional needs of pregnant women. The design used in this study is correlation. The population is 122 pregnant women with incidental sampling of 30 pregnant women. The results showed that as many as 60% of respondents had good knowledge and the behavior of meeting nutritional needs was quite good. The results of statistical tests found that the p-value of 0.019 (α <0.05) r = 0.547 means that there is a significant relationship between knowledge and behavior of meeting the nutritional needs of pregnant women in Dinoyo Public Health Center Malang. The conclusion of this study is the relationship of knowledge about nutrition of pregnant women with the behavior of meeting the nutritional needs of pregnant women. It is expected that pregnant women consume a variety of foods that contain carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals and water with a frequency of eating 5 times a day (3 times the main meal and 2 times a meal).
