HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI KERJA DENGAN TINGKAT KEDISIPLINAN PERAWAT DAN SEMANGAT KERJA PERAWAT DI RUANG RAWAT INAP RS BAPTIS BATU
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Poor treatment service systems will reduce the quality of work and the image of the hospital. Health workers, especially nurses, are demanded at all times for their patients. This is the main demand for nurses in improving the quality of service, so that being one of the indexes for achieving hospital service quality can be measured from the aspects of work motivation, work discipline and work morale of the nurse itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of nurses' work motivation with the level of discipline and working spirit of nurses in the Inpatient Room of the Baptist Stone Hospital. The research design used is correlational. The population in this study were all nurses in the inpatient unit of the Baptist Stone Hospital with a total of 35 nurses. The sample technique in this study is total sampling. The instruction used is a questionnaire. Baptist Batu uses the Spearman Rank (Rho) correlation analysis method with the help of SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the respondent's work motivation is categorized in almost half less as many as 14 people (40%), the discipline level is almost half categorized as lacking as many as 15 people (42.9%), almost half of the working spirit is categorized as lacking as many as 16 people (46 %), and there is a positive relationship between work motivation and the level of discipline in the Nursing Room of Stone Baptist Hospital p = 0.000; r = 0.965. It is suggested to improve work morale, it needs leadership that can influence others so that the person is willing to be willing to carry out the work in achieving the goal.
