HUBUNGAN RUTINITAS SARAPAN PAGI DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR ANAK KELAS IV DI SDN LANDUNGSARI 01 KECAMATAN DAU KABUPATEN MALANG
Abstract
ABSTRACT
The 2010 food poisoning outbreak surveillance data found 163 cases due to consumption of snacks because they did not eat breakfast. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the breakfast routine and the learning achievement of fourth grade children at Landungsari 01 Elementary School. Dau Kab. Poor. The design of the study uses analytic correlation design with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 30 grade IV children and the study sample used total sampling. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is spearman rank correlation using SPSS. The results of the study prove that most of 19 (63.3%) fourth grade children routinely had breakfast and most of 22 (73.3%) fourth grade children had good learning achievement at Landungsari 01 Elementary School. Dau Kab. Malang, while the results of spearman rank correlation obtained p value = 0.023 <0.050 so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between breakfast routine and learning achievement of fourth grade children at SDN Landungsari 01 Kec. Dau Kab. Poor. Parents need to prepare breakfast before the child leaves school to improve children's learning achievement.
