HUBUNGAN KARAKTERISTIK PERAWAT DAN MOTIVASI KERJA PERAWAT DENGAN PENDOKUMENTASIAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN DI PUSKESMAS DINOYO MALANG
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Nurses need to document all forms of nursing care provided through recording or documentation. Important factors in doing nurse work are good characteristics and high work motivation. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between nurse characteristics and work motivation of nurses by documenting nursing care at the Dinoyo Malang Health Center. Research design uses cross sectional correlation. The sample of this study were 36 nurses taken by total sampling. Data collected by questionnaire. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression test (t and F test) using SPSS. The results showed that almost all (86.1%) nurses had good characteristics, most of the (72.2%) nurses had good work motivation and most (75.0%) nurses documented nursing care very well. The results of Multiple Linear Regression test (t test) obtained p value = (0.004) <(0.050) meaning that there was a significant relationship between the characteristics of nurses and documenting nursing care in Dinoyo Malang Health Center and obtained p value = (0.002) <(0.050) meaning that there a significant relationship between the motivation of nurses' work and documentation of nursing care at the Dinoyo Health Center Malang. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression test based on the F value (simlutan) obtained p-value = (0.000) <(0.050) means that there was a significant relationship between the characteristics of nurses and the motivation of nurses' work by documenting nursing care at the Dinoyo Health Center Malang. Based on the results of the study, nurses need to document nursing care as soon as possible so that there are no errors and it is expected that the Puskesmas provides adequate and adequate health facilities to improve the quality of services that are more optimal in patient care.
