VIDEO EDUKASI DAN SIMULASI BERPENGARUH TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN GURU DALAM MELAKUKAN PERTOLONGAN PERTAMA PADA SISWA YANG MENGALAMI SINKOP (PINGSAN) DI SDN MERJOSARI 1 KOTA MALANG
Abstract
Basically the teacher is the guardian's parents in the school so the first aid needed by the teacher is needed. The problem that occurs when teachers help students in syncope is fear because they do not yet fully know how to handle it correctly, therefore teachers need to understand and master the management of syncope students at school. The provision of educational videos and simulation of syncope handling aims to provide information to teachers to increase knowledge so that they can handle syncope if it occurs to students at school. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of educational videos and simulations on teacher knowledge in conducting first aid to students who experienced syncope at SDN Merjosari 1 Malang. The study design uses a One-Group Pre-Post Test Design. The population in this study was the teacher, with the sampling technique using simple random sampling to obtain a sample of 17 respondents. Data collection techniques using instruments in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis method used is the marginal homogenity test (P <0.05. The results of the study prove that before giving educational and simulation videos, most of them were 12 respondents (70.6%) had sufficient knowledge and after being given educational videos and simulations almost entirely, as many as 15 respondents (88.2%) had good knowledge in conducting first aid in students who experience syncope. Marginal homogeneity test results obtained p value = (0,000) so it can be concluded that there is an influence of educational videos and simulations on teacher knowledge in conducting first aid to students who experience syncope at SDN Merjosari 1 Malang.
