HUBUNGAN TINGKAT DISMENORE DENGAN TINGKAT KECEMASAN PADA MAHASISWI DI FAKULTAS ILMU KESEHATAN UNIVERSITAS TRIBHUWANA TUNGGADEWI MALANG

ABSTRACT
Menstruation is periodic bleeding in the uterus that begins about 14 days after ovulation. The process of menstruation in women can cause dysmenorrhea so that it disrupts physical activity and causes anxiety. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of dysmenorrhea and the level of anxiety. The design of this research is correlational. A sample of 50 students from the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi Malang as samples taken through purposive sampling method. Data collection was obtained through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was the Spearman rank test (p <0.05). The results showed that 52% of students experienced severe dysmenorrhea and 56% of female students experienced severe anxiety levels. There is a strong relationship between the level of dysmenorrhea and the level of anxiety (p = 0, 932).
