HUBUNGAN POLA KEBIASAAN MENDENGARKAN MUSIK DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA FIKES UNIVERSITAS TRIBHUWANA TUNGGADEWI MALANG
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Music works simultaneously in body, mind and soul. the role of music for humans is to relax the mind and muscles, increase motivation, increase concentration and ability to remember, increase immunity, reduce pain, expel boredom at work and increase creativity that can affect the learning process. Based on research studies Abdurrahman argues that "learning achievement is the ability gained by students after going through learning activities". the research design used is correlational with the case control approach method. Based on the data that has been presented it can be seen that the majority of respondents, 12 people (40%) have an interest in music, from 30 respondents who have a high interest in music that is as many as 8 people (27%), who have a high learning achievement of 20 people (67%). The results of data analysis using the Wilcoxon signed rank test, obtained Sig. (2-tailed) = 0.000 <α (0.050) which means there is a relationship between the pattern of listening to music and learning achievement. Suggestions for future researchers can use other research methods to get more comparison results.
