HUBUNGAN POLA ASUH ORANG TUA DENGAN PRESTASI BELAJAR ANAK SEKOLAH DASAR DI SDN MERJOSARI 02 KECAMATAN LOWOKWARU MALANG
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Family parenting is very influential on children's learning achievement. Every family usually has a different pattern of care for children and the school age of 6 to 11 years the social world of children extends out from the family world, children associate with peers, teachers, and other adults. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship of parenting parents with learning achievement of elementary school children. The design of this study uses a correlational research design with one observation at a certain time span. The population in this study were all students totaling 43 children and the sample in this study used Total Sampling, which means all students in grade 5 at SDN Merjosari 02 Malang. The instruments used were questionnaires and student study report data. The data analysis method used is the Spearman Rank test using SPSS. The results showed that most (55.8%) parenting parents who democratically led to children's learning with good categories. Based on the Spearman rank test p-value <α, which is 0.000 <0.05 means that there is a relationship between parenting and learning achievement in children at SDN Merjosari 02 Malang. It is recommended to schools to further improve guidance and counseling to parents about good parenting.
