HUBUNGAN RESPONSE TIME DENGAN KEPUASAN KELUARGA PADA PASIEN PRIORITAS II NONTRAUMA DI IGD RSUD BANGIL PASURUAN
Abstract
ABSTRACT
Family satisfaction is determined by the services obtained from health workers, one of which is a response time fastand getting proper treatment at the Emergency Room (IGD). The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between response time and family satisfaction in priority patients non trauma in the IGD Bangil Pasuruan Hospital. Research design using cross sectional. The population of this research is non trauma priority II patients as many as 184 respondents with the determination of the research sample using random sampling 126respondents. The instrument used is a stopwatch for response time and for family satisfaction obtained by giving a questionnaire. The analysis used chi-square with a significance level of 95% 5 (0.05). The results obtained were most response times rapid, as many as91 respondents (72.2%), while for family satisfaction of priority patients non trauma most said they were satisfied that 65 respondents (51.6%), while thetest results chi-square obtained p-value = 0.016 <0.05 so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between response time with family satisfaction in non-priority patients II traumatized in the Bangil Pasuruan Hospital Emergency Unit. It is hoped that it can do further research on response time to determine the timeliness of response or unsuccessful handling, using a different design with other variables, a wider range of respondents, and different research locations.
