HUBUNGAN PERAN ORANG TUA DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR ANAK DI SDN TUNGGULWULUNG 3 MALANG
Abstract
ABSTRACT
The participation of parents in educating children is the beginning of the success of parents in their families. There are most parents who do not play a role in the learning process of their children at home because of a lack of knowledge of the role of parents and lack of care for children. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the role of parents and learning outcomes in children. This type of research is a descriptive study with a cross sectional approach. Analysis of the data used is the Spearman correlation test. The population consisted of 1-5 grade students in the Tunggulwulung 3 Elementary School Malang as many as 76 people. Sampling uses total sampling. The results obtained as much as (42.11%) the role of parents is sufficient, a total of (46.05%) children's learning outcomes are in sufficient categories. The results of the analysis p-value 0.008> 0.05, which means that there is a relationship between the role of parents and student learning outcomes in Malang Tunggulwulung 3 Elementary School and the strength of the relationship is r = 0.392 which means weak. So that parents further enhance their role and take the time to assist and motivate children.
