HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN PERAWAT TENTANG KESELAMATAN PASIEN PADA PENCEGAHAN RISIKO JATUH DENGAN PELAKSANAAN SOP PENCEGAHAN RISIKO JATUH DI RUANG RAWAT INAP DEWASA RS. PANTI WALUYA MALANG
Abstract
Keselamatan pasien merupakan salah satu hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam asuhan keperawatan di Rumah Sakit. Salah satu risiko pada pasien yaitu risiko jatuh. Pemahaman perawat yang memadai tentang pelaksanaan SOP pencegahan risiko jatuh akan mampu mengendalikan kejadian tidak diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan perawat dengan pelaksanaan SOP pencegahan resiko pasien jatuh dengan menggunakan skala jatuh Morse di Rumah Sakit Panti Waluya di Malang. Desain penelitian adalah penelitian cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 68 perawat. Sampel ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dan cek list observasi. Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji Spearman Rank (p< 0,05). Sebagian besar perawat telah memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik tentang pelaksanaan SOP pencegahan risiko jatuh dan telah melaksanakan prosedur pencegahan risiko jatuh sesuai SOP dengan baik. Tetapi, tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan pengetahuan dengan tingkat pelaksanaan SOP pencegahan risiko jatuh (0,237> 0,05).

Patient safety is one of the essential issue that need to be considered in nursing care at the hospital. One of the risk in patients is the risk of falling. Adequate nurse understanding of the implementation of falling risk prevention SOPs will be able to control undesirable events. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge of nurses and the implementation of risk prevention SOP of falling using the scale of Morse fall in Panti Waluya Hospital in Malang. The study design was a cross sectional study with a total sample of 68 nurses. The sample is determined through a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire and observation checklist. The research data were analyzed using the Spearman Rank test (p <0.05). Most nurses have a good level of knowledge about the implementation of falling risk prevention SOPs and have implemented risk prevention procedures in accordance with the SOP well. However, there was no relationship between knowledge and the level of implementation of falling risk prevention SOPs (0.237> 0.05).
