HUBUNGAN ANTARA STRES DAN POLA MAKAN DENGAN KEJADIAN GASTRITIS YANG TERJADI DI PUSKESMAS DINOYO
Abstract
The incidence of gastritis occurs due to unhealthy lifestyles such as irregular eating patterns and psychological stress. Based on DEPKES RI data in 2014 stated the incidence of gastritis in Indonesia by 40.8% and in East Java the incidence of gastritis by 31.2% of all age groups. The purpose of the study is to prove the relationship between stress and eating patterns with the incidence of gastritis that occurred in the Dinoyo Community Health Center. The research design uses analytic design using cross sectional approach.The population in this study were 61 gastritis patients with sample determination using accidental sampling. in which the sampling corresponds to the appropriate data source to produce 30 research samples. Data completion techniques used were questionnaires, food records and rekamedis records. The data analysis methode used is test multiple linear regression using SPSS. The result of the study showed less than half (13.3%) of the respondents had stress moderate , as much as 25 (83.3%) had less diet and half all 23 (76.7%) had chronic gastritis. And there is a relationship between stress with the incidence of gastritis with p value = (0.001) <(0.050), there is a relationship between dietary habit with the incidence of gastritis with p value = (0.000) <(0.050) and there is a relationship between stress and dietary habit with the incidence of gastritis with p value = (0.002) <(0.050). Based on the results of the study, to avoid chronic gastritis events need to do activities such as adequate rest, eating habits on time, reduce consumption of spicy foods, acids and fat.
