PENGARUH ETIKA BIROKRASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN

Abstract

Abstract: The government is required to provide quality services and prioritize the needs of the community and understand the customers. By paying attention to the bureaucratic ethics that exist in government agencies and also always provide work motivation to employees. This study aimed to find out how the Bureaucracy Ethics and Work Motivation influenced the quality of public services in Kelurahan Merjosari Office. This research used a quantitative descriptive method. While the data analysis used a regression analysis. The results showed that the Bureaucracy Ethics affected the public service quality by 51.4%, and the work motivation affected the public service quality by 51.6%, moreover the Bureaucracy Ethics and Work Motivation simultaneously affected the Public Service Quality by 62.6%

Abstrak: Pemerintah dituntut untuk memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas dan mengedepankan kebutuhan masyarakat serta mengerti akan pelanggan. Dengan memperhatikan etika birokrasi yang ada di instansi pemerintahan dan juga selalu memberikan motivasi kerja kepada pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh Etika Birokrasi dan Motivasi Kerja dalam mempengaruhi Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Kantor Kelurahan Merjosari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian yaitu Etika Birokrasi berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik sebesar 51,4%, dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik sebesar 51,6%, sedangkan Etika Birokrasi dan Motivasi Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Publik sebesar 62,6%
