PENGARUH PELAKSANAAN GOOD GOVERNANCE TERHADAP PELAYANAN PUBLIK (STUDI PADA KANTOR KELURAHAN TEMAS, KECAMATAN BATU, KOTA BATU)

Abstract

Abstract: Good governance is the use of political authority and power to effectively manage public resources and affairs based on the 2014 Republic of Indonesia Law AUPB Article 10 No 30. The purpose of the research is to obtain the influence of the application of good governance to public services and to find out the dominant indicators of the variables of good governance on public services. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods. The sample determination technique uses Simple Random Sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Data validity using reliability test and validity test. Data analysis techniques with simple linear regression analysis, Determination Coefficient Test (R2) and t (t-test). The results of the research on the application of good governance have a significant effect on Public Services, with a significant value of 0.198 and the most dominant indicator in the application of good governance to public services, namely decisions and actions taken are always based on complete information and documents with a percentage of 66.3 %.

Abstrak :  Good governance ialah penggunaan otoritas politik dan kekuasaan untuk mengelola sumber daya dan urusan publik secara efektif berdasarkan AUPB UU RI 2014 Pasal 10 No 30. Tujuan penelitian memperoleh pengaruh dari penerapan good governance terhadap pelayanan publik dan untuk mengetahui indikator yang dominan dari variabel good governance terhadap terhadap pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik penentuan sampel mengunakan Simple Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Validitas data menggunakan uji reabilitas dan uji validitas. Teknik analisa data dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana, Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dan Uji t (t-test). Hasil penelitian penerapan good governance berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Pelayanan Publik, dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,198 dan Indikator yang paling dominan dalam penerapan good governance terhadap pelayanan publik, yaitu keputusan dan tindakan yang diambil selalu didasari dari informasi dan dokumen yang lengkap dengan presentase sebesar 66,3%.
