PENGARUH ALOKASI DANA DESA TERHADAP PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT(STUDI DI DESA PANDANREJO KECAMATAN BUMIAJI KOTA BATU)

Abstract

Abstrak: Di dalam pelaksanaanAlokasi Dana Desa di Desa Pandanrejo terdapat beberapa permasalahan yakni masih kurang maksimalnya partisipasi swadaya gotong royong masyarakat Desa Pandanrejo Kecamatan Bumiaji Kota Batu, kurang maksimalnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan-kegiatan desa yang dibiayai dari ADD, juga menunjukkan kurang baiknya pengelola ADD dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh alokasi dana desa terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat di desa Pandanrejo Kecamatan Bumiaji Kota Batu.  Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 28 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisoner (Angket) dan dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan teknik analisa dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji korelasi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji korelasi linear sederhana di peroleh nilai signifikan pada variabel independen terhadap dependen sebesar 0,002 ≤ 0,005 sehingga hipotesis H1 diterima yang artinya alokasi dana desa di desa Pandanrejo berpengaruh terhadap pemberdayaan  masyarakat. sedangkan hasil uji determinasi (R2) nilai R Squere sebesar 0.303 yang mengandung pengertian pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen sebesar 30.3% sementara itu sisanya dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract: In the implementation of Village Fund Allocation in Pandanrejo Village, there are several problems, namely the lack of maximum self-help community participation in Pandanrejo Village, Bumiaji district, Batu, lack of maximum community participation in village activities financed from ADD, also shows the lack of ADD management in Empowerment The community. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of village fund allocation on community empowerment in Pandanrejo village, Bumiaji District, Batu . The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with a sample of 28 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (Questionnaire) and documentation. Data validity techniques using validity, reliability, and analysis techniques in this study use a simple linear correlation test. Based on the results of a simple linear correlation test research obtained a significant value on the independent variable on the dependent of 0.002 ≤ 0.005 so that the H1 hypothesis is accepted, which means the allocation of village funds in the village of Pandanrejo affects community empowerment. while the results of the determination test (R2) Squere R value of 0.303 which contains the understanding of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable by 30.3% while the rest is explained by other factors not examined in this study.
