ANALISIS KAUSALITAS ANTARA AKUNTABILITAS DAN TRANSPARANSI PENGELOLAAN ANGGARAN PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP PARTISIPASI ORANG TUA MURID

Abstract

Abstract: The source for education funding obtained from the central government. Education financing funds not only from the state budget, but also obtained from other interested parties (parents), so that the need for accountability and transparency in the management in order to motivate parents / guardians to take active part in education. Types of studies are causative to the sampling technique used purposive sampling. research instruments include questionnaires, observation, and documentation. Date were analyzed by simple linear regression, correlation and t test, and the coefficient of determination. Results of investigation of the influence of accountability to the participation of partially positively and significantly associated with a regression coefficient of 0.494. Variable transparency to be partially significant participation by the regression coefficient 0.418. While simultaneously the influence of accountability and transparency to the participation of a significant effect with determination coefficient of 0.719 or 71.9%. Thus obtained the simple linear regression equation: Y = 0.719 + 0,494X1. 0,418X2

Abstrak: Sumber pendanaan pendidikan diperoleh dari pemerintah pusat. Dana pembiayaan pendidikan tidak hanya dari APBN, tetapi juga diperoleh dari pihak lain yang berkepentingan (orang tua murid), sehingga perlu adanya akuntabilitas dan transparansi pengelolaan agar dapat memotivasi orang tua/walimurid untuk ikut berpartisipasi aktif dalam hal pendidikan. Jenis penelitian tergolong kausatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrument penelitian meliputi kuesioner, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisa dengan uji regresi linear sederhana, korelasi dan uji t, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian pengaruh akuntabilitas terhadap partisipasi secara parsial berhubungan positif dan signifikan dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,494. Variabel transparansi terhadap partisipasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan dengan koefisien regresi 0,418. Sedangkan secara simultan pengaruh akuntabilitas dan transparansi terhadap partisipasi berpengaruh signifikan dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,719 atau 71,9%. Dengan demikian didapat persamaan regresi linear sederhana: Y = 0,719 + 0,494X1 . 0,418X2
