EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM PENGEMBANGAN DESA WISATA MELALUI KELEMBAGAAN DALAM PENINGKATAN SUMBER DAYA ALAM (SDA)

Abstract

Abstract: As an agricultural country Indonesia has rich natural resources mainly tropical biodiversity is very diverse and unique, one of which is the Punten village, Bumiaji district, Batu town. Bearing in mind that natural beauty be an attraction strong potential for travelers this is interesting to developed into a tourist attraction as an effort to improving the welfare of the local community and poverty alleviation so that it can push the rate of development. The kind of research is qualitative focus research that is research the effectiveness of the program development tourist village punten; source of data that is primary and secondary data; the technique of sampling namely purposive sampling; Data collection through observation techniques, interview, and documentation; research instruments covering own researchers, an interview guide, and field notes; the technique of using purposive the sampling method of sampling; The validity of data to technique triangulation; analysis by reduction, presentation of and the withdrawal of conclusion. The results of the study the effectiveness of development tourist village through the improvement of the natural resource (natural resources) it effective, that is done through the establishment of Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS), Gabungan Kelompok Tani (GAPOKTAN), Establish cooperation with jatim park foundation and non-governmental organizations.

Abstrak: Indonesia sebagai negara agraris memiliki kekayaan alam terutama sumber daya hayati tropis yang sangat beragam dan unik, salah satunya adalah Desa Punten, Kecamatan Bumiaji, Kota Batu. Mengingat keindahan alam menjadi daya tarik yang kuat bagi wisatawan potensi ini menarik untuk dikembangkan menjadi obyek wisata sebagai upaya peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat lokal dan pengentasan kemiskinan sehingga dapat mendorong laju pembangunan. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif; fokus penelitian yaitu meneliti efektivitas program pengembangan Desa Wisata Punten; sumber data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder; teknik sampling yaitu purposive sampling; pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi; instrumen penelitian meliputi peneliti sendiri, panduan wawancara, dan catatan lapangan; teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling; keabsahan data dengan teknik triangulasi; analisis dengan reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian efektivitas pengembangan desa wisata melalui peningkatan sumber daya alam (SDA) sudah efektif, yaitu dilakukan melalui pembentukan Kelompok Sadar Wisata (POKDARWIS), Gabungan Kelompok Tani (GAPOKTAN), menjalin kerjasama dengan Jatim Park Foundation dan lembaga swadaya masyarakat.
