PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, KEDISIPLINAN DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI PUSKESMAS KABUPATEN SAMBAS

Abstract

Abstract: Good leadership can push the creation of harmonious communication with subordinates and can increase the behavior of discipline in carrying out their respective duties. Leadership, discipline and good communication will have an impact to the public service, especially that are directly related to the basic needs of society in order to realize together prosperity. This research was conducted in Puskesmas (Community Health Center) Sambas, Tsyafiuddin Street, Village of Dalam Kaum, District of Sambas, West Kalimantan province in July - August 2016. Using the quantitative approach with data collection technique use questionnaire, interview and literature. This study is a population study or census because all populations were taken as sample. Testing the validity of the data used validity test, reliability and classical assumption test. The data analysis was conducted by descriptive analysis, regression analysis, infrensial analysis with approach path analysis and conclusion. The result of study: that each independent variable in this study has significant effect/impact the public service. Leadership contributes the effect the public service by 39%, discipline 66%, and communication 73%, and together the variables of leadership, discipline and communication have the effect to the public service by 77%.

Abstrak: Kepemimpinan yang baik dapat mendorong terciptanya komunikasi yang harmonis dengan bawahan serta dapat meningkatkan perilaku disiplin dalam menjalankan tugas masing-masing. Kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan dan komunikasi yang baik akan berdampak terhadap pelayanan publik, khususnya yang berkaitan langsung dengan kebutuhan dasar masyarakat guna terwujudnya kesejahteraan bersama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan, studi pustaka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian populasi atau sensus karena semua populasi diambil sebagai sampel. Pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik.Analisa data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi, analisis infrensial dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis) dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian; bahwa masing-masing variabel independen yang ada dalam penelitian ini memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap pelayanan publik. Kepemimpinan memberikan sumbangan berpengaruh terhadap pelayanan publik sebesar 39%, kedisiplinan 66%, dan komunikasi 73%, dan secara bersama-sama variabel kepemimpinan, kedisiplinan dan komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap pelayanan publik sebesar 77%.
