PENGARUH PELAYANAN PRIMA KERAKYATAN DAN PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DALAM MEWUJUDKAN PUBLIC WELFARE

Abstract

Abstract : The same thing of Indonesia society characteristic which is pluralistic, communalistic also the present of social problem collectively. So, the strategy and the public service approach must be focused to the resource concept, in which there are some effort to becoming the social welfare in service process. The method of research is descriptive quantitative. The main data source is primary data with questionnaire which is refering to Likert Scale. The sample technique is purposive sample. The data analysis is linear regression. The result of research is the great publics service is influenced to the social welfare in amount of 0,390and the social resource is influenced to the social welfare in amount of1,364. While, the great public service and social resource simultantly is influenced to the social welfare in amount of 97,6%.

Abstrak : Selaras dengan karakteristik masyarakat Indonesia yang pluralistik, komunalistik serta hadirnya permasalahan sosial yang bersifat masal, maka strategi dan pendekatan pelayanan publik perlu difokuskan pada konsep pemberdayaan dimana ada upaya untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dalam proses pelayanan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kwantitatif, sumber data utama adalah data primer dengan alat pengambilan data yaitu kuesioner yang mengacu pada Skala Likert, teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel purposive, analisis data menggunakan regresi linear. Hasil penelitian yaitu pelayanan publik prima berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat sebesar 0,390 dan pemberdayaan masyarakat berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat sebesar 1,364, sementara pelayanan publik prima dan pemberdayaan masyarakat secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat sebesar 97,6%.
